It is definitly possible with NTK, but I tried only the Mac version.
You'll have at least to:
1. Somehow convert the Mac-NTK source to a Win-NTK source, using the
existing converter or re-entering.
2. I doubt that .WAV can be used but it should be no problem to convert
it to a format which is needed by Win-NTK. I don't remeber what it was,
may be AIFF but NOT WAV.
3. Lee Moon did the whole process on a Mac. The NTDG got his sources
which unfortunately have a failure just within the sound conversion
source code. As soon as this error is removed, I'll post the source at
my Newted site.
4. There is SoundIcon for the Mac which allows to make sound pkgs within
a few minutes. I can create a few icons for your, if this helps in the
meantime.
