It's not in ROM, however, it probably can be downloaded without any problems.
Since it came bundled with ALL MP2x00 machines and can't run on any other
machine, it's pretty much impossible to pirate. I believe some of the more
extensive ftp sites such as Newton Mad or Newted (both of which I have not
visited in many months so I'm not positive) probably have a copy. In fact, all
of the original programs that came with the MP can be found on the net
somewhere (Enroute, Nethoper, Works, Quickfigure Works, etc).
