Beware. You might get a MAC/PnP Adapter from Griffin Technology
(support@griffintechnology.com, http://www.griffintechnology.com). I got
one to connect a PPC6100 DB15 connector to a DN15 standard VGA monitor.
The adaptor has 2 x 8 DIP switches for selection of different monitors
and synch signals.
