My 4th game. I didn't look at the algorithm that increase the population, and
can't tell if adding parks and schools like in the original SimCity has any
effect. But I did add 3-4 parks and 2 schools, with roads around areas of
housing land. I don't know, and I don't think, that the distance that the
Sims have to make to get to a road or a factory (when one appears) matters.

Anyway, if we could get in touch with the author, we could probably have a
lot of answers to our questions!
