Can you get these non-us adapters for the 9w adapter anywhere still? I
could use one for continental Europe and the UK. Jon.

That threaded hole and the the beveled edges are the absolutely most
important parts at the 9W part, for us non-US people :-)
Our mains outlets are made for higher voltages, pobably more current and
mostly include a protecting ground connector and the brass-thread takes
the screw for the fixation of the outlet adaptor.
