My eyes arent what they used to be, so i missed
the -, though the text should be deleted. However,
if you have graffitti or any of the 'stroke helper'
apps, entering the backspace stroke or button will
get the job done. I use grafitti more as an editing
and navigation aid than for actually inputting text.
It works quite well.
