Welcome back. Yep, the 2100's are great!

Yes, although you need to be careful of limitations between the two. I'd
recommend you only sync From NCU TO Palm Desktop (yes, you can sync to
Palm Desktop as well as to Claris Organizer) and let the Newton win all
conflict.

I'd also recommend you make two FULL backups (not incrementals) with NCU
first and after you've synced, compare your data on the Newton versus
Palm Desktop or Claris Organizer to learn the differences and things that
don't work so you can clean them up/know not to use them on your Newton
if you truly want a two-way sync.

Or if (like me) you are just happy to be able to sync your data FROM the
Newton TO the Palm Desktop or Claris Organizer, then things are pretty
simple. I start a new file each time and never modify anything in Palm
Desktop. It's merely there so I'll have a usable backup of my Newton
data in case I lose it.
