Hi Mike,

Yes, it's designed to take between 110 and 240 volts, from 50-60 hertz AC
and output a clean 7.5 volts DC. There are even custom snap-on adapters you
can buy (try Oz - http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/thisolnewt/html/sales.html)
that slide onto the 9W AC adapter for overseas operations.

Good Luck!

Regards,

Gary

Is the Newton 9w adapter functional at other voltages than 110? Will it
work in Europe at 220v with a plug adapter, or do I have to buy a voltage
converter?
