the PilotDoc plugin should work with regular public Newt's Cape version 2.0r-2
to download .pdb files (DOC or ImageViewer) directly via link/URL.
(a later Newt's Cape version supports better helperApp access to Inbox so
you could use SimpleMail 4 or EETransfer to send those files files).
