simplest would probably be to email each page as a message
(and then open it with Newt's Cape from Inbox, or use File: Open Inbox in
Newt's Cape)
or use a transfer utility (NCU, X-port,...) to send to Notes,
or EEtransfer to send via serial to Inbox.
