Frequently, when problems of this sort emerge, its usually the fault of a
corrupted piece of software. One solution is to reinstall NCU and Now
Contact. First be sure to remove all the pieces of each (especially the
prefs!) but first note all the settings you are currently using in
preferences so they can be reset properly. Good luck!
