I don't know how you were able to transfer directly to a 3.6 file. NCU is
compatible with only 3.0 or 3.5 (I don't remember which) and is
incompatible with 3.6 Is it possible you were saving as one of the earlier
files, and 3.6 was importing it? Theoretically, you should never have been
able to directly import to 3.6. That would explain why you suddenly can't
do it, but I can't figure why you were before. I've tried, and never
succeeded. I simply use Now Sync. It's not perfect, but at least I have
names and addresses and phones.
