Try to get "Error Info", beautiful freeware package that has all of the
errors that you can have on your Newton, If you use a Mac "Easy Errors" is
nice too, has both the Mac and Newton errors.

Not very surprising, -10401 means "Bad Package" so it would seem that your
package is corrupted.
