i use AlarmClock 2.7 by Foundation Systems. the url in the about box is
http://www.tow.com. no idea if that stil hits or not... i do remember seeing
it in of the archives lately though.

it'll let me play any sound i have installed, or a continuous tone at 1100Hz
or 2200Hz. (don't play these at max volume though. i blew a speaker doing
that...)
