OK, I'm not really sure about your problems, but on my MP2100, with the
PrintPack package version 2.0, when I chose "Choose other printer", I
have the choice to print to a StyleWriter I & II, 1200, 1500, 2200, 2400
and 2500. So, I don't understand how you don't have the same list, if
you really have version 2.0 of the PrintPack package installed...
