I agree having behaved like a "whimp" when they stopped with the Newton!!
If there should be anything done like you suggested, we should be sure to
have a significant echo from the Newton community.
Suggestion: Why not have a trial run before, including all known Newton
sites, just to get an imagination of how big
the power of such an action would be.
Maybe something like a "Bad Second Anniversary"
Although it seems a bit romantic, it won´t be a romantic decision to
restart the Newton production for those doing decisions at Apple.
So i don´t think it would make sense just to spam Jobs with Emails...
