I export a delimited text file to my desktop with the headers and then paste
it into a pre-constructed database file in ClarisWorks.
I have set up the tab order to match the downloaded headers. So it is very
easy to import this into a db file. I do this by duplicating the old file
opening it select all data and deleting it and then import the exported file
łet voila˛.
