NTLK Normalizing Names? Removing names temporarily?

I am still trying to get Act to work. UNfortunately, Symantec is not going
to be of help whatsoever.

THe problem is when Act trys to load. It is almost as if I have a name file
that is corrupted. I am not sure what file is bad. It may be my own record.
It was working fine, then one day, I tried to open it and it said that it
was Nomralizing names", and then crashed. Does any body have any idea what I
might try to isolate the names to try to find out what name is corrupted or
giving problems?

The strange part is that I tried installing Act right after a system
restore, but it still didn't work. Although, I think my names file had
arealdy been restored to the clean system. I have tried starting up with no
extensions loading, to no avail.

I am using the latest version of Act, on a Newt 2100.

Thanks for any suggestions!
Drew
