Go to www.freewwweb.com and set up an account. On the site are
instructions for how to set your NIE and email preferences (well, not
specifically NIE, but you get the idea). Just use the address where
you'll be staying in Philly.
To get your 'normal' mail, just use the POP server you usually use in
your NIE setup. I have used this method to check my mac.com mail occasionally.
