Ok -- that was the problem -- someone signed up to the list as a list
service, and while your messages were posted without a hitch, that list serv
at UIC was backed up, causing posters to be notified that their posts to
that particular recipient were on hold (but not their post to NewonTalk).
Please do not sign up to NewtonTalk using another list as the recipient.
The offending account has been unsubscribed, and please let me know if you
folks receive any similar messages in the future.
