No.
All that happens when I tap the dot is a blank note opens.
However the problem is resolved by tapping Extras, tapping Prefs,
tapping Memory, tapping (tah dah!) Remove Software and selecting what
one wants gone! Couldn't be more straight forward.
And best of all I figured this out myself, notwithstanding lots of
helpful hints from you guys who appear to be using NOS2 machines for
the most part. I have had this MP110 for only a week and I am
already considering aquiring a loaded 2100, not so much because of
shortcomings in the 110 as for the added capabilities of the 2100. I
haven't carried my Powerbook since I got the Newton - it fills all my
carry-around needs.
