My estimate is that $ 50 from most Newton users would defenitely be
realistic, maybe even a bit more, since this would still beat flash memory.
(this goes for me personally, the rest is guesswork of course, maybe a good
survey subject for TON ?)

There would be your selling point, because I think the answer is:
just about every Newton user.

That would be a pity, so only MP3 related stuff, like things that you can
carry though not use on your Newton ? That wouldn't seem so usefull.
