Yes. There is no way to use the Windows NCK via anything but via serial
tether. NIE has little or nothing to do with it.
That is not to say that you cannot do it. I have had excelent results with
Basilisk II. Only problem with that is getting the Macintosh ROM image,
which is not freely redistributable.
