Hrm. When I had a US MP130 I never had this problem. When I bought my
first UMP2k it came from a gentleman who used to work for British Telecom,
so I thought that since it was from the UK it was friendly to all of those
accented characters. I now have had an MP2100 from Apple Canada for around
three months now, and still the same. No difference between US/Canada and
UK I guess.
