Yes you are and yes it would be, but after all this time nobody came forward
so all I can think so far is that we're all too poor for such an undertaking
(not surprisingly, it would take a lot of money to get it off the ground)
The most serious so far was of a Danish group that I haven't heard anything
from on the list for a long time, so my guess is that their initiative died
as well (but who knows)
