But there are patch differences. To the best of my knowledge, Australian
ROM patches disabled the Newton's DTMF tone generator because only devices
registered with the gov't in Australia are allowed to generate these tones,
and the Newton was never a registered telephone device. Someone please
correct me if I'm totally wrong.
