Some weeks ago, someone on this list mentioned that MP2k rechargeable
battery packs were available from Power Warehouse
http://www.powerwarehouse.com ). I ordered several through their web site,
and the company delivered promptly. The rechargeables are manufactured by
BTI (Battery Technology, Inc.) and the boxes are labeled "Apple NiMH Newton
2000 series." They have been working fine for the several weeks we've had
them. One minor detail: they fit VERY snugly in the battery compartment!
