Hello all. I'm trying to connect my 2100 with PB300WS via the serial
cable. I keep getting the same message when I start NCU 1.0: "Could not
initialize the serial connection because the printer-modem port is being
used." I have Palm Pilot Desktop installed but I have turned off the
sync feature as well as throw out the HotSync alias. I've also started
my PB with both "Mac OS all" and "Mac OS base" and still have the same
problem. I'm using OS 9.0.4. What am I missing??? TIA.
