The NPDS source is GPL'd, and doing a *very* quick flip through the
Tracker client source it looks like the client registers with the NPDS
tracker using TCP port 2112. After that the Tracker server check to see
if the Newton is still there by grabbing a certain URL (I forget what it
is). If I get bored tonight I'll see if I can figure out what's going on
on port 2112 there.
