If everyone remembers when Kenneth was *the* host of NewtonMAD, he was kind
enough to allow access to those folks who had licenses for the software to
directly download to their newtons (e.g. if traveling or restoring after a
crash). He spent a lot of time organizing the files for the benefit of
those who needed its service in an emergency. He controlled access through
requests only and monitored to make sure he didn't get ripped. He stated
this for the group a number of times. He took his copy down after some
folks ripped 300 MB downloads from him (and some even took credit for the
collection.)
