No, it is probably not the work of a bandit... this is quite common. If
your email service goes down for even a second and at that very second
NewtonTalk attempts to send mail, our server receives a bounce. When that
happens even once, the recipient is unsubscribed.
In cases of mailing list trolls, it's best to get them off the list, report
the abuse then leave it alone.
