Note that in many cases your credit card company will be willing to
provide a refund to you. It all depends on the situation, but quite often
you'll get satisfaction from them. Often the company in question will
have the amount deducted from their next payment from Visa/Mastercard/etc.
I believe it's called a chargeback...
