Folks;
I recall a program some time ago that was a translator. It took English and
translated it into foreign languages. It had the form of an assistant to
travelers and was also kind of a first aid kit for people stuck in a place
they couldn't speak the language. Is this still available? If so, where?
If not, is there one to be had anywhere?
