When you reset your Newton, hold the pen about 1/2 inch from the left hand side,
halfway from the top to bottom. Hold the pen until you see a dialog asking if
you want to activate the internal packages. After they loaded, tap again on the
screen until you see the same message for any flash ram card that are inserted.
