This might be two questions...
First, is there any way to change/replace the tone you get when you restart
the Newton?
Second, what are recommended programs for adding sounds to the Newton (start
up, opening apps, playing at specific times during the day, etc.)
Any thoughts? What have you used and what do you suggest?
