I've got two 'link to' features. One, via More Info and the other through
some other feature (Stand Alone possibly?). Neither link in Works. The
link feature works well in Notes, but I think it'd be a bit cumbersome
to use for footnotes, unless you used for all your footnotes, then exported
each file separately. Hmm...
