Hi Otto,

The referenced page works, but the links are hosed. They point to
ftp://ftp.ltscotland.com/FTP/pub/software/ebase/, which doesn't exist on their server.
 Evidently, the "/FTP/pub" was inserted incorrectly in the links on the
page. The correct link is ftp://ftp.ltscotland.com/software/ebase/ .
