Thinking about the problem again I realized it is very possible for the
Newton to see more than 4MB.

While it's true the Voyager has 20 address lines, DRAMs use a multiplexed
interface -- a 64MBit 4k refresh DRAM only uses A0-A12. 2x64Mbit memories
would yield 16MB indeed.
