Yes, Apple was sued by Xerox, if I recall right it was to do when Apple was
sueing everyone about look and feel of the os (in particular windows). Then
it turned out that Apples os look and feel had been developed by Xerox.
Apple landed up having to licence abd all other law suites were ended about
look and feel. I may be wrong as at that time I was using an Amiga but that
rings a bell....

It does not suprise me about grafitti.... Xerox has their hands in a lot of
things.
