No DOA: Not Dead on Arrival, a term borrowed from the ambulance driver
trade. (Which of course could mean anything, seriously injured but still
breathing and a pulse, for instance...)

Good luck with your No DOA bids! (My advice would to be buy from a
private person who can promise more than just "No DOA" even if it does
mean a premium price. But the patient will definitely live longer.)
