Actually, if you're planning on doing the SER-001 upgrade
anyway (which I would recommend - it's worth the $),
you might ask Dr. Watson if he wouldn't mind installing
it for you in your Newton when he does your memory upgrade
(buy the SER-001 from DH and then ship them both out together).
It doesn't matter whether it's upgraded or not - the SER-001
doesn't care, however, the ONLY hard part about that upgrade
is removing the back off your Newton. I'm thinking, kill two
birds with one stone if you've got the cash for it.
