[NTLK] Problem with NCU 1.0 on NT

Hi everyone, I could not find this in the FAQ

I am having problems exporting Newton Works files.

Newton 2100 to NT using NCU 1.0.

I am able to connect, Selecting Newton Works Export, I get the selector,
I select an item or all items, and select export, I get the message
"preparing to export" then "Disconnecting" followed by an error message
"The connection was stopped because of a communication error. (-1).
This is all being done on the NT screen. The Newton reports "DOCK The
connections stopped because your PC disconnected".

I am able to export the ToDo list and install packages.

Can anyone tell me how to export and import Newton Works files from NT
to my Newton. It works fine from my Mac at home, but I need to be able
to use it also at work.
