I have exactly this same fault when trying to make a backup for my MP2000 (717260) using NCU1.0 with Windows2000 on a Toshiba Satellite 2560XDVD/6.0 with Celeron 466MHz processor. Fortunately Ken posted before I had a chance so any help would also be appreciated.

Regards,
Scott.
