Games!

The playing of certain games can cause excessive wear and tear on the
screen.

I ruined a MP-110 screen playing casino. Dragging betting money, since
it was the same place/path caused the screen to erode drastically in that
place. At first, it was a minor scratch or two. But quickly it became
worse.

Also games like solitare where you drag cards can do the same.

Chess type games where you are tapping the screen can cause wear.

Then of course, there is HWR. If you write/draw alot, you increase your
changes for wear on your screen. For those who use the pop up
keyboards/pads, it is easy to scratch if when you select a button, you
sort of slide poke vice just poke.

It also depends on how much you use your Newt. The more you use it, the
more your chances are of scratching the screen. Think of a screen
protector as insurance.

Basically, any action where it is repetitive over the same spot can cause
wear and tear over time. Plus, if you get a tiny bit of dirt on the
stylus or screen, that can scatch the screen very quickly. Already, on
NuShield saved my screen because of this. I would have had a big
scratch. Thankfully, due to NuShield, I don't.
