Hello Viele,

If you are having trouble with the power switch on your Newton (as another
person on the list suggested) then that would most likely affect the
Implant's behavior.

Yes, you could use a second switch to control the Implant, by removing the
wire going to the Newton's power switch, and using a momentary switch that
connects that wire to ground.

Mind you, this will solve your problem -if- it is the Newton's power switch
that is at fault. If the problem is with the Implant board itself, then
this will not help I think.

I do not have an Implant in my Newton, I hacked my own overclocking solution
with a couple crystals and a small toggle-switch to change speeds.
