[NTLK] Blowfish

After discussing the present ramifications of posting strong crypto onto
the net with some of my friends, er, let's just say "here in Washington
D.C."..., I've put together a Blowfish module for the Newton which
NewtonScript developers should be able to use to encode and decode strings
and binary objects. It is totally untested. The C++ part compiles.
Didn't try compiling the NewtonScript example, though it should be pretty
straightforward. Good luck guys.
