When you make the connection, you should have a little "slip" appearing.
Look on the top left corner. What is the worksite selected there, below the
owner name? Then, if you open Owner Info and go to that worksite, what is
the internet setup that is selected? You're better off selecting an internet
setup for this worksite. Then, the last step would be for you to provide us
with all the settings you see for that internet setup in the Internet Setup
application.

Other than that, it will be hard to offer any suggestion...
