I've had pretty good luck with them, very little down time, and if I put
my foot
down, sometimes I'd get some help for my mac. the key was getting
boosted to the second level of tech support,
or calling their presidential help line. that always got a response.
expect some set up headaches,
and no osx support if you are on a mac. if you are using windows, you
shouldn't have
any problems, although they're not supporting xp yet.
