[NTLK] NCU problems

For those who have been having problems with NCU on PCs, here's something to
try:

Reduce the size of the FIFO buffer on the serial port ( e.g. Control
Panel|System|Hardware|Device Manager|Ports|Com 1|Port Settings|Advanced).

This certainly helped with CDPipeWrite errors using NTK. So might help with
NCU. Let me know if this is useful!
