The article, at least if Pen Computing Magazine from July is correct, if
wrong. The tablet allows for deferred recognition, but not real-time
recognition. In fact, Microsoft has been downplaying the handwriting
recognition features of this thing on purpose. I guess they are afraid of
"Egg Freckles"-like fiascos. :-) Rest assured, however, it does do
recognition, albeit not in the same way as current implementations do.
